Job description

CT Technologist – Level 2 (Contract)

Location: NY 14642
Contract Duration: 13 weeks (April 27, 2026 – July 25, 2026)

  • Pay: $3000/week

  • Schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts

    • Shift: Monday–Thursday

    • Hours: 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM (EST)

    • On-Call: 2–3 shifts/month

    • Callback/Holidays: As needed per unit

Position Summary & Responsibilities
  • Perform CT imaging with strict patient identification, safety verification, and protocol compliance

  • Prepare, position, and safely assist patients (including limited mobility cases) while explaining procedures

  • Operate CT equipment, administer IV contrast when needed, and ensure radiation safety standards

  • Coordinate with physicians for diagnostic imaging and quality interpretation

  • Document exams in EPIC and ensure accurate image transfer to PACS

  • Maintain clean, safe scanning environment and follow trauma center standards

Requirements

-HCP’s currently registered in NYS will be required to have injection therapy certification stated on their license at time of submission

·Completion of formal training in an approved School of Radiologic Technology and maintains Certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).

·NYS licensure (must obtain PRIOR to starting position)

·Two (2) Years' Experience

·Level 1 Trauma Center Experience

·BLS (American Heart Association ONLY)

- Telemetry
Preferred:

·Injection certification preferred-must be willing to complete during orientation process.

·Knowledge of Philips and Siemens equipment preferred.

·Team player who can maintain a cohesive working environment.
