Key Responsibilities:
As an Epic Bridges Corepoint Analyst, you will be responsible for acting as a software detective, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems. Advanced proficiency in Epic Systems is required. Advanced proficiency in Epic Integration is recommended.
Develop a thorough understanding of system components to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring problems and proposing effective solutions.
  • Support knowledge sharing by documenting troubleshooting steps and best practices.
  • Engage proactively in team meetings to share insights and support collective problem-solving efforts.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience work
  • Experience and certification in Epic Bridges and Corepoint
  • Advanced proficiency in Epic Systems is required

Education:
  • High School Diploma / GED
