Job description

Administrative Support Services Representative to join our dynamic team and work alongside Dental Hygienists and Dental Assistants in a variety of community and school settings. This position is 3 days a week during the school year.ย 
Job Duties, Required Experience, Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills

  • Experience with practice management software systems to complete client registration, check in, check out, and schedule clients. Experience with Epic software preferred.
  • Experience and skill working with diverse populations, such as individuals of different ages, races, ethnic groups or who speak limited English.
  • Complete client registrations, insurance and billing documentation and conduct follow-up with patients as needed.
  • Conduct appointment reminders, outreach calls and referral into care services.ย 
  • Utilize a variety of software programs, including Epic (Wisdom), Provider One, and Microsoft Office.
  • Use interpretation services when needed for client communications.ย 
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and Public Health guidelines.
  • Demonstrate reliable attendance.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Work Schedule
3 days a week. 7am โ€“ 4pm.ย 
Note: We will work with the candidate on which 3 days of the week work best.
Work Location:ย Eastgate Bellevue, Washington.
Duration: up to 3 to 6ย  monthsย 

Pay rate: $26.09
