Job description

We are looking for a consultant for the Radiant team that is approved through the end of the year to help with our ticket backlog. The consultant must be Epic Radiant Certified and have 5+ years of build experience. The role aligns with a Senior Analyst level resource and requires strong Epic Radiant build expertise

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Approximately 70% ticket backlog resolution and support activities
  • Approximately 30% Epic Radiant build, configuration, and enhancement work
  • Partner with Radiant team members and stakeholders to prioritize and resolve outstanding requests
  • Support ongoing operational needs within the Epic Radiant application
  • Deliver timely ticket resolution and build updates through the engagement
    • QUALIFICATIONS
  • Epic Radiant Certification
  • 5+ years of Epic Radiant build experience
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage ticketbased support work
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, including strong documentation
    • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Servicenow Experience.
  • Experience supporting highvolume ticket backlogs
  • Healthcare IT consulting experience
  • Experience working within large Epic environments
