Job description

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - IR Tech - Vascular Institute

Shift: Days, 7a-5:30p, 10x4, 40hrs per week, with On-call weekly
Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 Year experience in Interventional Special Procedures setting in either IR and/or vascular hybrid setting required
  • High School Diploma / GED General or Accredited Program Radiologic Technology
  • ARRT Radiography required
  • BLS
Other Details:
  • Able to function independently during procedures after appropriate orientation/competency on unit and as demonstrated by being place on call rotation
  • Competency in all aspects of interventional/vascular procedures, patient positioning, exposure factors and radiation protection
  • Required special/advanced procedure registry as outlined above
  • Must have an understanding of anatomy and pathology as well as how they affect the quality of a procedure
  • The individual must be able to communicate and understand verbal and written English language and display a positive attitude
