Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist Position – HonorHealth

Scottsdale/Phoenix, Arizona

Primary Teaching Affiliate Arizona State University

John Shufeldt School of Medicine and Medical Engineering

HonorHealth is actively recruiting a board-certified/board-eligible Advanced Heart Failure Cardiologist to join our nationally recognized Cardiovascular Institute.

Our Left Ventricular Assist Device (LVAD) program is now fully launched, with five outstanding early outcomes, and continues to expand rapidly. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing, innovative program at an exciting time of momentum and success. Expansive list of LVAD currently undergoing evaluation.

We welcome both experienced physicians and new graduates who are passionate about advanced heart failure care, mechanical circulatory support, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Program Highlights

  • Established and growing LVAD program with excellent early outcomes
  • Continued development of a state-of-the-art Advanced Heart Disease program
  • Collaboration with cardiac surgeons and advanced heart failure specialists
  • Active clinical trials underway with opportunities for investigator involvement
  • Strong infrastructure supporting temporary and durable mechanical circulatory support devices

  • Shared inpatient responsibilities among advanced heart failure team (Surgeons, HF Cardiologist and APPs)
