This position supports Pathology Informatics, Laboratory Medicine, and Revenue Cycle analytics initiatives by transforming laboratory, clinical, operational, and financial data into meaningful reports and actionable insights. The ideal candidate possesses a clinical laboratory background and experience working with Epic reporting and billing data, preferably within a laboratory environment. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data extracts using SQL, Power BI, Crystal Reports, and Epic Cogito tools; supporting laboratory operational and billing analytics; and partnering with laboratory, informatics, revenue cycle, and Epic application teams to improve data quality, reporting capabilities, and business performance. Candidates with Epic Cogito certifications (Clarity and/or Caboodle), Epic HB/PB experience, Beaker familiarity, and a strong understanding of laboratory workflows and healthcare analytics are strongly preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Present data-driven insights to diverse audiences with clarity, confidence, and flair
- Collaborate with your manager and senior team members to ensure every deliverable is timely and top-notch

- Maintain sharp attention to detail while juggling multiple priorities
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Applied Science
- OR an Associate's degree with 10 years of healthcare analyst experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
- One to two (1-2) years of healthcare or business setting experience required.
- Experience in the use of any Enterprise Databases or shared data repository.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Record System (EMR) report development.
