Responsibilities:
- Assist clinical and non-clinical staff with navigating and using EHR software effectively and efficiently,
- Provide scribing for providers when requested.
- Collaborate with users to optimize EHR workflows and documentation practices.
- Respond to end-user inquiries, resolve issues, and troubleshoot software or user-related problems promptly.
- Conduct training and contribute to the development of training materials to support end-users in effectively utilizing the EHR system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to escalate and resolve system-related issues.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with EHR systems and other health information systems - Required
- Epic EHR experience.
- Medical scribe experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or other equivalent work experience)
- Professional demeanor.
