Our organization is in search of a BC/BE Maternal-Fetal Medicine physician to become part of the largest MFM team in Central Iowa. Our well-established and collaborative group offers a comprehensive range of consultative and co-managed services for both routine and high-risk pregnancies.

• Become a member of a team consisting of 2 Physicians and 1 Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
• Engage in 36 patient contact hours over a 5-day work week
• On-call rotation: 1 in 3
• Patient volume: approximately 30 patients daily
• Provide extensive MFM care, including advanced fetal imaging, prenatal diagnosis, genetic counseling, and diabetes management (T1DM, T2DM, and GDM)
• Work alongside ARDMS (FE) Board Certified Sonographers
• Utilize telehealth services for outreach to Mason City, Waterloo, Pella, and Newton
• Electronic Medical Record system: Epic

• Base annual salary: $576,576 plus production incentives
• Recruitment bonus: $100,000
• Relocation assistance up to $15,000
• Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance of $6,000
• Malpractice insurance coverage with tail coverage included

This position allows you to provide care for a varied and high-acuity patient demographic, including those with chronic health issues, multiple pregnancies, fetal anomalies, and cases requiring advanced prenatal diagnostics. Our organization is home to Iowa's only double board-certified MFM/geneticist and offers cutting-edge prenatal diagnostic services with robust inpatient support, same-day or next-day access for urgent referrals, and a highly collaborative care approach.
