Job Summary:
Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment both indoors and out? Support Staff is responsible for helping with the day to day operations of Ski School. Your day will involve anything from helping to set up fencing on the snow, to serving food, helping instructors with their students or greeting guest at check in. Everyday looks a little different in this fun, fast paced job.

Job Specifications:

  • Starting Wage: $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr 

  • Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027  

  • Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available 

  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age  

  • Housing Availability: Yes  

Job Responsibilities:

  • rovide high quality guest service
  • Setting up fencing
  • Responsible for serving food
  • Preparing indoor space for guest
  • Maintain a clean, safe and fun environment
  • Communicate with parents and coworkers in regards to the care of the children
  • Responsible for delivering varied children's activities such as story time, games, chairlift rides and outside play
  • Be an ambassador for My Epic; provide insightful advice and friendly My Epic support to guests in need, and be knowledgeable of where guests can go for additional support
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older - required
  • Ability to work outdoors and indoors
  • High school diploma or equivalent - required
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
