What is the job?
As our Corporate Kitchen & Events Coordinator, you'll help create memorable experiences for employees, guests, and the community through great food, exceptional service, and engaging events. From preparing meals in our Theatre Support Office café to supporting employee happy hours and community events, you'll play a key role in bringing Regal's culture of hospitality to life.
This is a hands-on role that combines food service, customer care, catering support, and event execution. You'll work closely with the Hospitality Manager to keep daily café operations running smoothly while also helping deliver special events both inside and outside the office. Whether you're preparing lunch service, setting up a weekly social gathering, or representing Regal at a local community event, you'll help create welcoming experiences that leave a lasting impression.
What will you be doing?
  • You will prepare ingredients, assemble meals, and support daily café operations with consistency and attention to quality.
  • You will deliver friendly, professional service to employees, guests, and event attendees.
  • You will assist with catering, happy hours, employee events, and community outreach events both on-site and off-site.
  • You will maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while following all food safety and sanitation standards.
  • You will receive, store, rotate, and track inventory while supporting menu updates, POS transactions, and other hospitality initiatives.
