Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Med/Surg position in Wisconsin, requiring at least 2 years of Med/Surg experience, telemetry reading ability, and Epic proficiency.

Details
  • Night shift position, 7p–7:30a
  • 13-week contract
  • Med/Surg unit in a hospital setting
  • Telemetry monitoring is part of the patient care scope (must be able to read telemetry)
  • Epic EMR used
  • Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required
  • Floating may be required within skill set, either within the facility or to sites within 40 miles
Requirements
  • Active WI RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
  • Current BLS certification (AHA only)
  • NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
  • Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg RN experience required
  • Telemetry reading experience required
  • Epic EMR experience required
  • Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
  • Two professional references required for consideration
  • Copy of Driver's License required for consideration
  • Copy of certifications and license verification/Nursys required for consideration
Additional Information
  • Artificial or acrylic nails are not permitted; natural nails must be kept short (under 1/4 inch)
  • Local candidates are accepted but may be subject to a reduced pay rate depending on proximity to the facility
  • COVID vaccination is not required for this position
