Job description

Job Summary:
Trinity Health is dedicated to serving communities with compassionate care, and they are seeking a Business Intelligence Developer/Report Developer. This role is crucial for developing reports and data extracts to support local payor contracts and enhance operational efficiency within the healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Analyze and resolve issues related to reports and data
• Analyze, design and develop reports and extracts
• Manage vendors
• Project management
• Provide reporting maintenance and support reporting tasks related to routine system upgrades
• Provide technical support and coordination for clinical and operational leaders
• Support end user reporting training as needed
Qualifications:
Required:
• Report Development & Data Reporting Expertise
• Strong SQL & SSIS (ETL) Skills
• EPIC Reporting Experience (or ability to certify)
• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience, in Healthcare or a Technical field required
• Minimum (3) years experience in a report developer role, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• Self-directed with excellent organizational, analytical, writing, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Chronicles – Basic understanding
• Crystal Reports – Mastery
• EPIC – Basic (certified) within (6) months
• KBSQL and/or SQL – Proficiency
• Microsoft Access, Excel and Word – Proficiency
• Microsoft PowerPoint and Project – Basic understanding
• Windows - Proficiency
Preferred:
• EPIC certification a plus
