About the Role
We are seeking a BI Developer to join a high-impact Data Analytics and AI Enablement team focused on transforming data into actionable business insights. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design scalable data solutions, develop advanced analytics, and drive AI-powered decision making across the organization.
You will help shape data strategy by improving data accessibility, lineage, governance, and consumption while enabling teams to leverage modern analytics and machine learning capabilities. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in data engineering, analytics, visualization, and data science with excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
What You'll Do
  • Partner with business, product, engineering, and analytics teams to define data requirements and translate business challenges into scalable analytical solutions.
  • Design and optimize data models, pipelines, semantic layers, and reporting frameworks to improve data quality, accessibility, and governance.
  • Analyze complex datasets from multiple sources to create a unified 360-degree view of customer journeys and business performance.
  • Develop and maintain executive dashboards and self-service reporting solutions using modern BI platforms such as Looker and Qlik.
  • Build analytical frameworks to measure key business metrics, including customer experience (CX), revenue, churn, retention, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and operational performance.
  • Apply statistical techniques, machine learning methodologies, and predictive modeling to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and generate actionable recommendations.
  • Automate analytics workflows and reporting processes using Python and cloud-based technologies.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science.
  • Experience writing advanced SQL across large-scale relational and non-relational datasets.
  • Experience working with modern cloud data platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), BigQuery, Hadoop, Hive, Teradata, or enterprise data warehouses.
  • Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions using Looker (LookML), Qlik, or similar visualization tools.
  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and predictive modeling.
  • Experience presenting analytical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science.
  • Experience developing end-to-end machine learning solutions, including model development, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Strong foundation in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, experimentation, and advanced analytics.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and technologies such as Python, Spark, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts, model performance metrics, feature engineering, and responsible AI practices.
  • Experience working with customer journey analytics, marketing analytics, product analytics, or operational performance measurement.
