  • Translate clinical and operational requirements into technical solutions that improve workflows, productivity, and patient care delivery
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for complex system issues while serving as a subject matter expert for Epic applications
  • Manage multiple projects, priorities, and timelines while communicating progress and recommendations to leadership
Requirements
  • Epic ASAP Certification required (Epic ClinDoc or Ambulatory certification may be considered as an alternative)
  • Minimum 4 years of Epic application analyst experience within a healthcare environment
  • Experience supporting workflows within an Emergency Department setting
