Benefits and RetirementPurpose: The Construction Manager is responsible for the execution, overall administrative andtechnical direction for a construction project. Additionally, Construction Manager to be responsiblefor the implementation and adherence to all Safety or Quality policies and procedures. Lead thedevelopment and implementation of craft work packaging. As well as responsible for thecomprehensive implementation, coordination, and execution of all subcontracts for theconstruction of a facility.Additional Compensation: Per Diem will be included in pay and determined on a project by project basis.Trips home and a company truck will be provided; when applicable. Pay rate will be determined for aproject and will remain at said rate regardless of hours worked. Expected to deal with delays, the effectsof bad weather, or emergencies at the site.
