This role focuses on helping individuals navigate admissions, financial aid, scholarships, and college readiness resources while coordinating outreach and operational support across programs. The position includes direct participant engagement, supervision responsibilities, and collaboration with community agencies and educational programs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES โ€“ Provide in-person services to participants related to college and career information โ€“ Assist participants with college admissions applications โ€“ Support participants with student financial aid and scholarship processes โ€“ Refer participants to college readiness and GED programs โ€“ Connect participants with community agencies and support resources โ€“ Perform client intakes and determine participant eligibility โ€“ Select participants for programs and services โ€“ Assess participant service needs to support educational goals โ€“ Develop participant service plans โ€“ Supervise employees supporting multiple sites โ€“ Assist with operational management of programs and special projects โ€“ Coordinate central office functions โ€“ Plan and implement community outreach activities โ€“ Conduct workshops for participants and the community โ€“ Track participant progress toward postsecondary enrollment REQUIREMENTS โ€“ Experience with college admissions processes โ€“ Experience with financial aid processes โ€“ Experience working with low-income individuals โ€“ Experience working with first-generation individuals WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS This position supports participants seeking access to higher education opportunities and educational advancement.
