Job Description

Eurofins Built Environment Testing is seeking a Client Support Representative to join our team! 

The Client Support Representative is expected to oversee all samples that come into the laboratory and is responsible for facilitating day-to-day communication between our clients and our laboratory. Responsibilities include following sample receiving procedures, interactions with clients via phone, email, and in-person, and other administrative duties. Personnel must be outgoing and friendly as well as capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and/or email in a timely, solutions-oriented manner. 
  • Sign in, verify, and organize samples against Chain of Custody documentation to ensure accuracy and proper sample tracking.
  • Assist walk-in clients with sample submission, provide information on services and project preparation.
  • Update client and project data records in the Tracker LIMS system.
  • Collaborate with laboratory/operations personnel to resolve client inquiries.
  • Process credit card transactions using Stripe.
  • Provide clients with supplies.
  • Stocking front office supplies and snacks for clients and staff
  • Ability to assist with administrative and laboratory tasks as necessary
Qualifications

Minimum Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Customer Service 2+ years preferred 
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
  • Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English.

Additional Information

The compensation range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on level of experience.

Position is full-time and candidates must be able to work Tuesday - Saturday, 10:30am - 7:00pm with possible overtime and weekends as needed.
