Contract Type: W2
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Dayton, OH - 45424 (#LI - Onsite with 10% Travel)
Pay Range: $43/hr - $48/hr

Job Summary: Seeking a Test Lab Engineer to support validation and testing of positioning, control, and automation products used in construction equipment. This role will focus on environmental and vibration testing, test setup configuration, data collection, and collaboration with engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute vibration and environmental stress testing.
  • Configure and maintain test setups and lab equipment.
  • Develop and execute DVP&R activities.
  • Document test results and maintain data integrity.
  • Track activities using Jira and support validation teams.
  • Travel up to 10%.

Must-Have Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience in a test lab or validation environment.
  • Hands-on experience with DMMs, oscilloscopes, and power supplies.
  • Experience executing DVP&R.
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar tools.

Industry Experience:
  • Construction Equipment, Heavy Equipment, Automotive Electronics, Industrial Automation, Embedded Systems Testing
