Description
Terraphase is seeking a well-rounded Project Manager with experience in environmental site investigation and remediation. You will independently manage projects, support diverse client needs, and apply your technical expertise to solve complex environmental challenges across soil and groundwater systems.
The Role
  • Lead and manage remedial investigations, feasibility studies, and remediation implementation projects.
  • Coordinate field efforts, subcontractors, and internal technical teams.
  • Ensure deliverables meet regulatory standards (RCRA, DTSC, CERCLA, RWQCB, SWRCB).
  • Maintain quality communication with clients, regulators, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee financial performance, budgets, and resource allocation

Who You Are
  • 8-15 years of environmental consulting experience.
  • PE or PG licensure in California.
  • Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills (no buzzwords-clear communication is key).
  • Hands-on experience with in-situ remediation, chemical injection, or innovative remediation methods.
  • Proven project diversity across industrial, commercial, and private development sectors.

Compensation for this position is based on years of experience, technical expertise, technical education, and geographic location.
Pay Range
$95,000-$118,000 USD
