ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
As a Personal Trainer / Fitness Coach (FC) at Anytime Fitness Rhinelander, you'll play a central role in helping members "get to a healthier place." This position is ideal for someone who blends technical knowledge with genuine care for people.
You'll design and deliver safe, effective, and personalized training programs for individuals of all ages and experience levels. Your work may include fitness consultations, 1-on-1 personal training, small group sessions, virtual training, and special programs as offered by the club.
Strong relationships drive results-and retention-so we're looking for a coach who connects, motivates, and creates an exceptional experience every time a member walks through the door

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Conduct fitness consultations and assessments

  • Participate in club programs, events, and outreach efforts
  • Assist with maintaining a clean, welcoming club environment
  • Re-engage inactive members through proactive outreach
  • Model a healthy, positive lifestyle and attitude
  • Attend staff meetings and required trainings
  • Maintain professional appearance in provided Anytime Fitness attire
REQUIREMENTS
  • Current Personal Training Certification from one of the following:
    NASM, NSCA, ACSM, WITS, AFFA, ACE, ISSA
  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field (preferred, not required)
