Environmental Project Manager

24Restore team has provided disaster restoration services to commercial and residential customers in the Twin Cities area since 1994.


Our team is looking to fill a new full-time position for Environmental Remediation/Abatement Project Manager.While formal education is not required, we highly prefer candidates with prior experience & certifications in environmental testing, remediation or related fields. This position offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and development in environmental project management. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced professionals to oversee and manage environmental & bio-hazard cleanup, testing and remediation/abatement projects.

Requirements

  • Must have a valid drivers license and good driving record
  • Must speak English or be Bilingual
  • Must be able to pass criminal background check
  • Must be able to assist team in occasional prescheduled on calls
  • Must have great management skills
  • Must be able to work in office 20% and on the road 80%
  • Spanish Bilingual is a plus but not required
  • Awesome to have: IICRC Certification and Water Damage Restoration Experience
  • People with Law Enforcement and Sales experience is encouraged to apply!


Responsibilities

- Meet with customers after disaster related situations.

- Execute from a predesigned sales process

- Environmental inspections

- Sample collection and testing

- Initiate and keep up to date contracts with the customer

- Milestone planning of overall project

- Ensure jobs completed on time and on budget

- Work with Production team to complete projects on time



Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday // 7:30am to Done plus ability to on call
