Partnering closely with the VP of Business Operations, the Project Manager helps drive initiatives and projects across nine central functions: Experience & Events, Sales Systems, Travel & Housing, People Operations, Legal, Expansion, Business Ops, Creative, and Facilities. When this role is working, projects land, teams stay unblocked, and leadership stays out of the weeds.
Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery & Portfolio Ownership
    • Own end-to-end delivery of Business Operations initiatives across the company
    • Drive projects to completion by setting plans, milestones, and success criteria, and holding stakeholders to them
    • Track timelines, dependencies, and risks across concurrent initiatives, and surface issues before they slip
    • Maintain Asana as the single source of truth for Business Operations projects
    • Produce status updates that show leadership where every initiative stands
  • Process Design & Documentation
    • Design, document, and roll out standard operating procedures for recurring Business Operations work
    • Identify friction points and workflow gaps across the company and lead improvements
    • Own institutional knowledge by capturing and organizing reference materials so information is findable
  • Cross-Functional Coordination & Administrative Support
    • Partner with department leads across the company as a coordinating peer, aligning timelines and keeping shared work on track
    • Coordinate with brand-side Business Operations counterparts on initiatives that touch multiple brands
    • Step in on time-sensitive work when department teams are at capacity, so initiatives don't stall
    • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, capture decisions and next steps, and follow up until items close
    • Chase down inputs that keep projects moving: budget amounts, approvals, sign-offs, missing information

Qualifications
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in project management, project coordination, or business operations
  • Track record of owning projects end to end and driving them to completion
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and building structured trackers from scratch
  • Hands-on experience with Asana or a similar project management tool
  • Strong written communication and proven follow-through
  • Comfortable juggling many concurrent threads across multiple functions

Core Competencies
  • Owns outcomes and sees projects through from kickoff to close
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized under a variable workload
  • Closes loops instinctively, picking up the follow-through, the small stuff, and the loose ends
  • Comfortable operating in the middle layer: not too high-level, not too in the weeds
  • Strong communicator across peers and department leaders
  • Adaptable to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Discreet and professional in a high-trust, owner-adjacent business

Compensation & Perks
  • Salary Range: $70-90k DOE
