Infinity Pools – Michigan

Salary: Starting at $70,000 per year + Performance Bonuses

Infinity Pools is seeking an experienced Pool Construction Project Manager to oversee luxury residential gunite pool construction and renovation projects throughout Southeast Michigan.

This is a leadership position responsible for managing projects from excavation through final startup while ensuring exceptional quality, customer satisfaction, jobsite organization, and profitability.

The ideal candidate has direct swimming pool construction experience and understands all phases of gunite pool construction, renovations, equipment installation, concrete, masonry, and site development.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple pool construction and renovation projects simultaneously.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and material deliveries.
  • Schedule and oversee excavation, steel, plumbing, electrical, gunite, tile, coping, concrete, and finish work.
  • Maintain project schedules and keep jobs moving efficiently.
  • Conduct regular jobsite inspections and quality control reviews.
  • Communicate directly with homeowners throughout the construction process.
  • Manage change orders, project documentation, and daily progress updates.
  • Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedules or budgets.
  • Ensure jobs are completed safely, professionally, and to company standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of swimming pool construction experience.
  • Experience managing gunite pool projects preferred.
  • Strong understanding of pool plumbing, equipment, construction sequencing, and site development.
  • Ability to read construction plans and engineering drawings.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
