Agility Robotics
Industrial Automation Equipment Manufacturing • 51 - 200 employees

Job description

About the Role

Agility Robotics is scaling its operations - and the programs that enable that scale need to be led with rigor, depth, and autonomy. As Technical Program Manager, Operations, you will own bridging the programmatic gap across the Operations department (Supply Chain, Manufacturing engineering, Production, Quality)  to support deployment of Digits next generation robot.

Reporting to the Staff Technical Program Manager, Operations, you will bring the structure, judgment, and leadership presence to operate with minimal oversight.

This is the right role for someone who leads from the front, develops the people around them, and can drive complex cross-functional programs to outcomes without being told how to get there.

About the Work
  • Run the Operations execution work: facilitate weekly deliverable check-ins with Supply Chain, Tech Ops, and Manufacturing; track commitments, risks, and cross-team actions to closure.
  • Serve as workstream program manager within larger strategic programs (production ramp readiness, capacity expansion, supplier transitions) led by the Staff Operations Program Manager.
  • Administer and continuously improve the PM toolchain: Jira (intake, programs, deliverables), Confluence (program hubs, dashboards, decision logs), and Smartsheet/Excel (portfolio roadmap and executive views).
  • Prepare the monthly Operations Program Review pack: portfolio health metrics, exception analysis, and escalation summaries for department leadership.
  • Surface risks early and escalate with specific asks; drive follow-through on decisions made in reviews.
  • Uphold the program management framework - single intake, written status, one source of truth - and help functional teams adopt it.
About You
  • 2-4 years of program, project, or operations coordination experience in manufacturing, hardware, supply chain, or a comparably cross-functional operational environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to run effective meetings and drive action items to closure across teams you do not manage.
  • Working proficiency with Jira and Confluence (or equivalent tools) and strong Excel/Smartsheet skills.
  • Clear, concise written communication - status reports, meeting summaries, and executive-ready summaries.
  • Organized, self-directed, and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-moving production ramp environment.
Bonus points
  • Experience in a hardware NPI or production ramp environment (robotics, automotive, aerospace, consumer electronics, or similar).
  • Familiarity with quality systems (supplier quality, QMS, corrective actions) or regulatory/product compliance processes.
  • Exposure to ERP/MRP systems and basic supply chain planning concepts.
  • CAPM or Agile certification.
  • Experience building dashboards or light automation (Jira filters/JQL, Smartsheet formulas, Excel Power Query).

Location

  • This is a hybrid position based out of our Salem, OR office.

The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to: job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Agility Robotics is a multi-state employer and this salary range may not reflect positions who work in other locations. These ranges may be modified in the future.
