Job Title: District Manager – Training & Development FocusLocation: Durango/FarmingtonReports To: Director of OperationsPosition SummaryAs a District Manager, you will lead multiple Jimmy John’s locations, with a primary focus on developing people and building a high-performing team culture. You will be expected to mentor, train, and grow store leadership, ensure operational excellence, and drive store-level performance.
