We are Glacier Technologies, a consulting and contracting firm supporting health and IT solutions across the nation.
Glacier Technologies is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise Application Development and Support Services (ADSS) supporting a federal civilian agency. The Program Manager will provide overall contract leadership, manage customer relationships, oversee technical teams, and ensure successful execution of application development, modernization, and operations and maintenance activities.
The successful candidate will possess extensive federal program management experience supporting enterprise information technology programs and Agile software development environments. This position is contingent upon award of contract.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with Government leadership.
  • Provide overall contract and program management.
  • Manage cost, schedule, scope, quality, and performance.
  • Lead Agile program planning and execution.
  • Oversee enterprise application development and O&M activities.
  • Coordinate multiple technical teams and subcontractors.
  • Manage project risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and status reports.
  • Conduct executive briefings and customer meetings.
  • Monitor contract performance metrics and service levels.
  • Ensure compliance with security, quality, and contractual requirements.
  • Support transition-in and transition-out activities.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years managing federal IT programs.
  • Minimum 5 years managing enterprise application development or O&M contracts.
  • Experience managing Agile software development projects.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Experience managing geographically dispersed technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
