Program Director

Are you goal-driven? Then the Program Director position is for you! We are seeking a dynamic and team-oriented individual to join our spirited team.

As a Program Director, you will be responsible for supporting and improving Job Connect operations, data capture, customer flow, report writing, and general operating capabilities.

Successful Elements

  • Collaborate with leadership teams and contractor staff to optimize customer flow, strengthen service delivery processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure accurate and compliant data management practices
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with state agencies, local organizations, educational institutions, and community stakeholders to strengthen collaboration, expand service access, and support program goals
  • Monitor progress toward contractual performance benchmarks and quarterly goals, identify performance challenges, and implement corrective strategies to support continuous program improvement
  • Oversee ISO compliance activities, internal quality assurance processes, and audit preparation to ensure adherence to organizational and contractual standards
  • Maintain accurate organizational charts, staff directories, and operational documentation to support communication, reporting, and program oversight

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred
  • 7-10 years of previous supervisory experience required
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to gather and synthesize information from a wide variety of people and sources
  • Experience managing large-scale projects and driving change initiatives, including efforts requiring as-is process mapping and the design and rollout of new processes and standard operating procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Regional travel is required
  • Able to work fully onsite, fully virtual, or in a hybrid environment
