Clean Team is a growing commercial cleaning and facility services company committed to exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and dependable results. We prioritize strong leadership, accountability, and a supportive team culture. We are seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to lead daily branch operations, drive performance, and support regional growth.
Position Summary
The Operations Manager oversees branch performance and ensures service excellence across all customer accounts. Working closely with the General Manager, this role drives employee accountability, customer retention, and budget execution. The ideal candidate is an organized, decisive leader comfortable making real-time choices in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Supervise Area Managers, Site Managers, Support Techs, and the Staffing Coordinator. Lead daily 4 PM manager meetings to maintain team alignment.
  • Service Delivery: Guarantee uninterrupted service across all customer locations, support new account start-ups, and coordinate coverage for open or emergency shifts.
  • Financial Management: Monitor labor budgets, manage overtime, and track operational costs. Review employee timekeeping and labor reporting via Chronotek.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct daily building inspections, handle customer follow-ups, professionally resolve concerns, and manage Level Board corrective action plans.
  • Branch Logistics: Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and HR documentation. Oversee inventory management, supply deliveries, and operational logistics.
Qualifications
  • Proven management or operations leadership experience (commercial cleaning, janitorial, or hospitality sectors preferred).
