 ABOUT THE TEAM

Anduril's Design Team is seeking a Creative Operations Manager to join our team. The Design Team leads Anduril's brand identity, visual communication, concept art, and industrial design. Our team's purpose is to connect the mission, people, and products to elevate the Anduril brand.

ABOUT THE JOB

As a Creative Operations Manager overseeing Environmental and Experiential Design you will be responsible for driving development and execution for the Environmental Design team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of architectural design and brand activations. If you are a team player who is passionate about the creative process and bringing spaces to life, then this role is for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Support as key liaison between Environmental Design team, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Drive the full lifecycle of global office, production, and trade show projects.
  • Lead discovery with stakeholders, translate into project goals, and coordinate with creative leads.
  • Manage the standard of our environmental guidelines to ensure a cohesive showcase of our brand identity across multiple expressions.
  • Facilitate reviews and feedback loops between team, stakeholders, and design leadership.
  • Oversee and report on budgets and resourcing.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across the org including logistics, facilities, and external vendors.  
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum 6 years professional experience as a project manager or producer in architectural design, events, retail design, entertainment, or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of spatial design and environmental graphics standards across multiple surfaces  
  • Knowledge of digital asset management, JIRA and Airtable is a plus
  • Experience supporting creative teams and clients in a studio or agency environment
  • Deep understanding of standard production processes and assets
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally, especially between creative and technical disciplines
  • A reliable self-starter, highly organized, with attention to detail
  • A team player who is highly collaborative with the ability to handle complex projects on a global scale
  • Must be willing to travel 25% of the time
  • Must work on-site at HQ in Costa Mesa, CA
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
