Job description

Position Summary

The Finance & Systems Coordinator supports the day-to-day financial and operational needs of Sixteen:Fifteen by overseeing financial administration, maintaining organizational systems, and coordinating ministry logistics. Working closely with the Director of Operations, this role takes ownership of execution, proactively identifies opportunities for improvement, and helps ensure organizational priorities are carried out with excellence. As trust and familiarity with the organization grow, responsibilities and decision-making authority may expand over time.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management
  • Manage day-to-day financial administration using QuickBooks Online.

  • Process accounts payable, reimbursements, and financial transactions.

  • Prepare monthly financial reports and documentation for leadership and the external accounting partner.

  • Support budgeting, audits, and financial accuracy.

Systems Administration
  • Maintain and improve organizational systems, including QuickBooks Online, Neon One, Basecamp, and Google Workspace.

  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across organizational platforms.

  • Document processes and recommend workflow improvements.

  • Support the implementation and optimization of new systems and technology.

Ministry Logistics
  • Coordinate logistics for workshops, events, and team gatherings.

  • Research vendors and prepare recommendations for leadership.

  • Manage project timelines, travel, registrations, materials, and event details.

  • Track event budgets and coordinate post-event follow-up.

Administrative Support
  • Coordinate recurring operational projects and organizational deadlines.

  • Support onboarding, HR administration, and organizational documentation.

QualificationsRequired
  • Two or more years of experience in finance, office administration, operations, or project coordination.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Alignment with the mission and Statement of Faith of Sixteen:Fifteen.

  • Experience coordinating events or ministry programs.

Work Arrangement

This position is primarily home-based. Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Lewisville, Texas, and be available for regular in-person operational needs as required.

Travel

Travel approximately 4-6 times per year to support workshops, conferences, team gatherings, and ministry events.

Reporting Structure

This position reports to the Director of Operations and collaborates closely with the broader Sixteen:Fifteen team.
