Job description

We are looking for a high-energy Healthcare Liaison to drive our growth across Williamson and North Travis Counties. This is a high-impact, field-based position for a relationship builder who thrives on human connection. As our primary ambassador, you will use your natural charisma to navigate healthcare environments and build instant rapport with physicians, discharge planners, social workers, and community leaders.

This is a true growth opportunity. As you help us scale, you will directly increase your earning potential and advance your career within our organization. If you love the thrill of building connections, navigating the medical field, and seeing your hard work translate into financial rewards, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Field Networking: Visit 10โ€“15 key facilities daily (hospitals, clinics, rehab centers) to establish immediate, professional rapport with gatekeepers and case managers.
  • Referral Pipeline Growth: Identify and qualify new healthcare referral sources daily to expand our provider network.
  • Relationship Architecture: Turn initial introductions at clinical facilities or community events into long-term, trust-based partnerships.
  • Closing the Loop: Confidently ask for the business, secure patient referrals, and close partnerships by leveraging the genuine human connections youโ€™ve built.
  • Care Coordination: Secure and schedule discovery meetings for our clinical care team to discuss seamless service implementation.
  • Territory Management: Maintain accurate records of field interactions and referral leads in our CRM to ensure optimal follow-up.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Innate Social Agility: You genuinely enjoy meeting new people and have a proven ability to build instant trust within clinical environments.
  • Liaison Experience: 2โ€“5 years of healthcare sales, patient liaison, or business development experience. Background in home care, hospice, medical devices, or high-touch hospitality is a strong plus.
  • Clinical Communication: Ability to navigate diverse medical settings, handle objections gracefully, and adapt your approach on the fly.
  • The \"Human\" Closer: A natural ability to blend emotional intelligence with professional drive, knowing exactly when and how to secure a referral partnership while maintaining absolute trust.
  • Self-Driven & Resilient: Highly motivated by goals, commission structures, and the autonomy of managing a field territory.
