Environmental Attorney

A well-established law firm is seeking an Environmental Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its growing practice.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of environmental matters, including litigation, regulatory compliance, permitting, and transactional work. The position also provides the opportunity to collaborate closely with attorneys in commercial real estate, land use, redevelopment, and litigation.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle complex environmental law matters, including civil and administrative litigation
  • Advise clients on environmental regulations, permitting, and compliance issues
  • Support environmental aspects of real estate and business transactions
