WKBT, News 8 Now in La Crosse - Eau Claire, Wisconsin (DMA 129) is looking for a dynamic Newscast Producer to join Morgan Murphy Media's J365 program. This is an intensive, developmental program designed to provide the essential learning blocks for a successful career in journalism. This is a first job experience, unlike any other found in newsrooms. In addition to top-notch training, participants will receive student loan reimbursement bonuses, fast-tracked mobility within Morgan Murphy Media, and the comfort and safety of working for a family-owned company.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Degree is Broadcast Journalism, Communications or related discipline

Proficiency with video editing basics and software

Command of social media platforms and best practices

Ability to work adjusted schedules, including weekends and overnights as needed
