What youll do
  • Lead the site's environmental compliance programs, ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, local, and company environmental requirements.
  • Manage environmental permits and regulatory programs, including hazardous waste, air quality, wastewater, stormwater, and chemical management.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies, coordinating inspections, reporting, permit renewals, and corrective actions.
  • Partner with operations, engineering, maintenance, and leadership to integrate environmental requirements into manufacturing operations and capital projects.
  • Monitor environmental performance, investigate incidents, implement corrective actions, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Support site sustainability initiatives by tracking performance metrics, promoting resource conservation, and driving environmental stewardship.
  • Develop and deliver environmental training that strengthens compliance, awareness, and employee engagement.ย
