THE WORK
As an Environmental Safety and Health Engineer with Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS), your role is pivotal in ensuring a safe and environmentally responsible workplace. Your responsibilities will encompass both operational and strategic aspects of the site's the Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) management system. You will also play a crucial role in supporting teams engaged across RMS.
Key responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive environmental, safety, and health services to maintain a secure and compliant workplace.
Focus areas may include ESH Training Management, Fall Protection, Emergency Evacuations & Crisis Management, Cranes & Slings, Hazard Communication, Ladder Safety, Machine Guarding, Aerial lifts, Powered Industrial Trucks
Represent the organization at various levels, effectively conveying the company's strategy and objectives.
Offer leadership and team support to ESH department members.
