Openings for Fall 2026, Winter 2026, and Summer 2027.

Twin Farms is always looking to connect with thoughtful, motivated interns interested in hospitality. Our internship program offers hands-on experience in a close-knit, team-driven environment where attention to detail and genuine care for guests are at the heart of everything we do.

We accept ongoing applications for interns interested in one or more of the following areas:

Food & Beverage
Ideal for those interested in restaurant and service operations.

  • Support dining room service (AM & PM) and in-room dining
  • Assist with setup, breakdown, and service flow
  • Learn high-level service standards and guest interaction
  • Work closely with both front- and back-of-house teams

Guest Experience
Great for those interested in activities, events, and guest engagement.

  • Assist with planning and leading guest activities
  • Support daily programming and special events
  • Help create thoughtful, personalized guest experiences
  • Work across departments and spend time outdoors
