We are Lockheed Martin

You will be a Data Analyst (Systems Engineer Sr) for the ISE (Integrated System Evaluation) team. Our team is part of the Systems Engineering organization.
What You Will Be Doing:
As a Data Analyst you will serve as a domain analyst in one of the domains listed below. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your in-depth knowledge and experience in one or more of the following domain disciplines: Weapons, Fusion, Radar, EW (Electronic Warfare), or EO/DAS (Electro-Optical Distributed Aperture System) to drive technical excellence in analysis and evaluation.
In this dynamic and fast-paced role, you will assist in technical leadership to support the analysis, evaluation, and development of analytics, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver complex systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the domain lead for the Analytics and Analysis (A&A) team within ISE, providing knowledgeable guidance and expertise in one or more of the above domain disciplines (Weapons, Radar, Electronic Warfare, Electro Optical, Distributed Aperture System)
Define analytics and analysis needs/requirements for tools
Define analysis methods and techniques
Collaborate with cross-functional discipline teams to integrate and test analytics, provide analysis, ensuring seamless compliance with requirements and specifications
Provide technical guidance to analysts
Develop and review comprehensive technical analysis reports and assessments
Participate in design reviews, test readiness reviews, and other technical meetings to ensure compliance with requirements and specifications
Lead team in using common and innovative analysis methods and techniques
Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions that meet their needs
