Job description

Job Description:

This position will help to support, maintain and grow the business as a whole. Its primary functions are to interact with customers and co-workers to ensure satisfaction while also maintaining the company’s inventory and accounts receivables programs. This position will perform a variety of functions in support of the overall business, including special projects in support of the company’s sales and marketing strategies.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Customer Service including answering phones, inside sales, scheduling and operational support (completing daily paperwork for appointments, helping to plan and execute specific jobs once sold). Also has primary responsibility for maintaining the company’s Inventory Program (setup new items, reorder supplies, vendor management, packing slips and reviewing vendor invoices for accuracy) and Accounts Receivable.

Secondary Job Responsibilities:

Sales Support, Administrative Support and General Office Support to include filing, completing forms, customer management programs, vendor management and interaction, memberships and associations.
