Job description

Job Summary:
Langan Engineering & Environmental Services is a leading firm providing land development engineering and environmental consulting services. They are seeking an Environmental Data Analyst to support field sampling teams, manage large datasets, and develop data validation tools to ensure data quality.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with organizing, reviewing, and managing environmental analytical and field data for investigation and remediation projects;
• Support the preparation of tables, figures, and summaries for technical reports, client deliverables, and regulatory submissions;
• Work with enterprise databases and tools such as EarthSoft EQuIS, Excel, and Power BI to identify and resolve data quality issues;
• Coordinate with project teams, laboratories, data validators, and GIS staff to ensure complete and accurate datasets;
• Track and apply regulatory criteria and environmental standards (state and federal) under guidance of senior staff;
• Participate in the development and improvement of data management workflows and internal tools;
• Maintain strong attention to detail while learning industry best practices for environmental data QA/QC;
