Data Analyst | Albany, New York, United States
Location: Albany, NY - Hybrid - Resource is expected to be onsite 2 days per week
Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis & SQL Development
  • Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for reporting and analysis
  • Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Excel or Tableau
  • Translate analytical findings into business insights and requirements
  • Document analytical approaches, assumptions, data sources, logic, and analytical methodologies
  • Support both technical and non-technical stakeholders in understanding data outputs
  • Align business needs with data solutions and reporting capabilities

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Public Administration, or related field
  • 3-7+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related roles
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Experience gathering and documenting requirements and processes
  • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-facing environment

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in healthcare, pharmacy programs, Medicaid, Long-Term Care (LTC), or EVV environments
