Data Analyst

Location: Nevada (Hybrid/Onsite) – Local Nevada Candidates Only

Employment Type: Contract

Experience: Minimum 3+ Years Required

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support business intelligence, reporting, and data-driven decision-making initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing large datasets, creating dashboards, identifying trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable business insights. This role is open only to local candidates residing in Nevada.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI/reporting tools.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and data visualization.

  • Experience working with large datasets, data validation, cleansing, and reporting.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

  • Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into meaningful reports and dashboards.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field preferred.
