Job description

Successful candidates must be able to work in various jobs which can include rotating to different job duties. This individual will be required to maintain the cleanliness of the general mill to include areas inside or outside not taken care of by department janitors. This may include sweeping, shoveling, climbing ladders, operating a wheelbarrow and skid steer, operating an industrial vacuum, cleaning waste containers and transporting waste, picking up refuse from plant grounds, and yard work. This position requires you to follow written and verbal job instructions. Being able to provide feedback and apply critical thinking are other keys to this position. Employees must be able to use a computer, and read. Employees must be able to use personal safety equipment while working in a manufacturing environment that includes moving machinery, fast paced fork lift traffic, machine noise, and a work environment that will vary depending on the time of the year. Must Work Weekends.
