Job description

This position is responsible for creating and managing loads through LTM and following all Environmental, Health, and Safety standards. The hours for this position are Monday-Friday 6:00AM-2:30PM.

  • Receive loads into LTM
  • Data Entry
  • Inventory management (move units between loads, change stock codes, etc.)
  • Facilitate communication between Sales, Transportation, Receiving and Environmental
  • Assist with visitor safety
  • Scan, fax, copy and sort mail and internal documents
  • Keep area neat, tidy, professional
  • Assist Environmental Dept. with administrative tasks as needed
