Hourly Range : $18.00 - $26.44. Final compensation is based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provides a safe and hazard-free environment.
• Assist, develop and administer maintenance and cleaning processes.
• Assist and inspect work performed and resolve deficiencies as needed.
• Communicates issues regarding work quality to the Group VP, Buildings and Properties.
• Assist in emergency responses to all building emergencies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve a diverse community
• Three to five years’ experience in building maintenance with certification
• Must be capable of understanding documents and information, including schematics, blueprints, building codes.
• Must be able to define problems, gather data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, communicate issues to the (VP), and direct the work of others.
