Role Description
Generalist extension of the Project Manager, absorbing responsibilities when bandwidth is exceeded.
Specific duties vary and include, but are not limited to, sub relationships, budget subsets, deliverable
tracking, or client coordination. Also, a development position being mentored into a future Project
Manager. Works alongside the Project Engineer as peers.


Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years construction experience, foundational budget/schedule/contract understanding, eager to
learn, proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Suite.


Decision Authority
Defined by the Project Manager based on delegation. Within assigned scope, can make day-to-day
decisions consistent with Project Manager direction. Must elevate cost, milestone, client, and contract
decisions. When in doubt, elevate.


Key Responsibilities:

  • All responsibilities of Project Engineer.
  • Oversee all project documentation across the project.
  • Support the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and executing work.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and support micro scheduling.
  • Coordinate all phases of construction across management and field operations.
  • Coordinate and manage materialexpeditinglogs and deliveries.
  • Oversee all project documentation across the project.

  • Monitor progress and flag potential delays to the Project Manager.
  • Participate in meetings and prepare minutes and reports.
  • Assistwith inspections and quality assurance.
  • Assistwith closeout processes including as-builts and warranties.
