Job Summary
At Landrum & Brown, we're looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Aviation Environmental Planners. As an Aviation Environmental Planner, you'll collaborate with industry experts to deliver impactful solutions for our clients. Responsibilities & Qualifications
What You'll Do:

  • Be a Problem Solver: Conduct environmental impact analyses and technical studies to support airport-related initiatives.
  • Build Your Expertise: Take ownership of specialized tasks, such as GIS database maintenance or noise monitoring.
  • Collaborate and Grow: Work closely with a dynamic team, coordinate with interns, and communicate effectively across practices.
  • Expand Your Horizons: Take on other duties that match your interests and help you grow professionally.

What You'll Bring to the Table:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban or Environmental Planning is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in GIS Analysis, Aviation Management, or a similar field is desirable.
  • A passion for the aviation industry and sustainability.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills to tackle complex problems.
  • Technical know-how in data analysis, AutoCAD, or GIS is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with NEPA documentation or airport consulting? Even better!
  • Knowledge of FAA standards for air quality and noise analysis is a bonus.
