As an Wealth Specialist within Bessette Wealth Management, you'll manage a portfolio of complex, holistic wealth plans, build lasting client relationships, and provide expert guidance on wealth strategies. You'll own your projects end-to-end while collaborating with a talented team-this role rewards organization, initiative, and an unwavering commitment to client experience.

What will you do?

  • Present financial plans with clients, confidently explaining strategies and recommendations as a trusted expert
  • Develop and execute personalized tax planning and financial strategies, with expertise in family trusts, estate planning, and wealth optimization
  • Support relationship managers on planning and tax inquiries, ensuring seamless client service
  • Manage multiple client files simultaneously, ensuring meticulous organization and timely delivery
  • Build relationships with key partners to provide a coordinated, seamless client experience
  • Master the tools and software used to develop and deliver financial plans, and leverage AI to work efficiently
  • Collaborate with RBC partners and internal team members to coordinate comprehensive client solutions
  • Take ownership of project prioritization and execution with minimal supervision
