*We are looking for someone who can receive the packages and separates them according and hand it over to the respective particular department*
• Receives and separates clients' reports including laser collated sets, worksheets, CD Rom, disks, time cards, labels and special instructions.
• Receives paychecks, packages, applicable reports and vouchers from the Computer Room and separates for check stuffing and sealing. 3. Ensures paychecks and vouchers satisfy all quality requirements and, when necessary, initiates corrective actions based on department operating procedures.
• Inserts applicable paychecks and vouchers into envelopes using stuffing machines.
• Packages the clients' paycheck and vouchers, along with applicable reports, CD-ROM, disks, custom work and worksheets into envelopes or boxes.
• Delivers envelopes and boxes to the Traffic Department and sorts by applicable routes
