Onsite Remote Test B100 Support Program
   Hiring individuals with technical backgrounds in maintenance, machinery and SAP to work in B100 Building 
   Main responsibilities of this position will be to establish and manage a robust program including equipment setup, creating and executing preventative maintenance schedule, creating tagging process, and procurement of necessary critical spare parts
   Candidates should possess a strong knowledge base of Plant Building Maintenance to include HVAC, Fire Suppression, Diesel Generators, Chillers, Overhead Doors, Lift Platforms, Elevators, Plumbing, Process equipment, and any remaining overall building maintenance systems.  

Applicants must meet all eligibility requirements associated with the government program and facility supported by this position. Such requirements may include U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status.

Job Description:
Identification & Documentation
   Walk and verify all installed equipment.
   Tag all assets visually and digitally (if required).
   Build a complete asset register with equipment data.
   Map equipment locations using site plans or for CMMS (SAP) use.
Develop Preventive Maintenance Tasks & Frequencies
   Create PM procedures based on OEM recommendations.
   Include frequency assignments (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually, etc.).
   Create detailed step-by-step task instructions.
   Include LOTO requirements and safety steps for each task.
   Identify replacement parts, consumables, and tools required for each PM.
Building Systems Integration
   Develop PM plans for: HVAC, Fire Suppression, Diesel Generators, Chillers, Overhead Doors, Lift Platforms, Elevators, and overall building maintenance systems.
   HVAC (Fan Coils, AHUs, VAVs, exhaust fans, chillers, pumps, dampers)
   Electrical systems (panels, ATS, generators, UPS, lighting)
   Plumbing systems (pumps, hot water systems, valves, backflow preventers)
   Building Envelope (roof, windows, doors, waterproofing, exterior finishes)
   Process equipment (as required by your team)
   Spare Parts & Inventory Planning
   Identify critical spare parts for each system.
   Recommend inventory levels and reorder points.

Qualifications
   Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical training preferred


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
   Strong organizational and inventory management skills with attention to detail
   Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
   Effective written and verbal communication skills
   Problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and efficiency
   General understanding of manufacturing environments, and building management
   Proficiency with standard office software and data tracking systems

Work Environment / Physical Requirements
   Work is primarily performed in a manufacturing or laboratory environment
   May require handling of equipment, lifting, and movement of calibration items
   Interaction with production, engineering, and external service providers
